Introduction: â€Å"Do all elderly have the same life when they become older?† Each person will have different life by their own. Some of them have a colorful life at the end, but some are not. It depends on their living conditions and surrounding people, too. A Few decades ago, people believed that their older relatives should be taken care at home to express filial piety. However, with the modern society, they tend to send their parents or grandparents into the nursing home instead of let them live with the family due to busy life. A nursing home is known as a place where older people cannot be cared at home but don’t want to be in the hospital to protect their health. Here they are treated as full health, but not good at all. This is a huge amount. Generally, people pay millions for nursing hom e when they live there; however, it is hard to protect them from death. Moreover, the money to pay for labor is not cheap. Given three rural nursing home scenarios, a rural nursing home may have an employment impact from 65 to 137 employees, with wages, salaries and benefits impact from $ 3 million to $ 6.7 million (Cheryl, Gerald, and Fred, 2014). That’s why most of nursing home does not have enough staff to take care elderly whenever they need. Therefore, the nurse does not spend more time for each person when they do not have enough time. They treat them meager because they should be fair, so it is not sincerity and love. Otherwise, they try to hire and train a new one, this process might take a long time to finish because not all nurses are satisfied when they take care older people. Hence, regarding people about sending their relatives in nursing home is hard to achieve. Argument: Many people believe that their relatives living with them when they get older is the best way. First of all, elderly will have enough care to have a better life at the end. People think that their parents or grandparents work hard enough when they were young and now is time for them to relax with much of love by family.
